My transaction went through but I didn't get any credits!
If this has happened, it means your bank has voided the transaction for some reason. Please contact your bank to double-check whether the payment went through or not. If they say they did, please call us. We will need your full credit card number to carry out a search in our registries, but it is not safe to submit this information by email.
